  • All original packaging, certificates, accessories, and tags are intact and included.
  • You provide a copy of your original order confirmation or receipt.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Curtissa covers the cost of return and exchange shipping within the United States. We provide prepaid return labels to make the process as easy as possible for you. For international returns, shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos if applicable.

Refund Processing

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please let us know during your return request. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement as soon as possible, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, customized, engraved, or personalized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item arrives damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
